1. CREATE A CALORIE DEFICIT

Once you start consuming fewer calories than you burn, your body will start burning fat to provide energy, resulting in weight loss.

2. AVOID PROCESSED SUGAR

Excessive sugar intake is a major contributor to weight gain. So if you are trying to lose weight, cut down on sugar from your diet. This includes all foods with processed sugar like chocolates, aerated drinks, packaged fruit juices, desserts, readymade sauces, dips and all other similarly processed foods.
