Ingredients:

1 orange

1 cup papaya (diced)

A bunch of mint leaves

1 tablespoon honey

Method:

Peel the orange and remove any seeds. In a juicer add the orange wedges, papaya cubes, honey, and mint leaves and blend away. Pour the juice into a glass and add some ice if needed.

#2 – Carrot Beetroot Juice

Ingredients:

½ beetroot (peeled and chopped)

4 carrots (peeled and chopped)

¼ inch ginger

¾ cup water

Juice from ½ lemon

Method:

Wash the carrot and beetroot. Peel the skin off and chop them into tiny pieces. Add them into a blender or juicer and squeeze the lemon or lime juice. Add the ginger piece and water and blend away! Pour the thick paste into a strainer and separate the juice from the pulp. Pour the liquid into a glass and drink away.

#3 – Pomegranate Juice

Why – It’s the mother of all fruits for blood purification! Pomegranates have anti-ageing properties that aid in the regeneration of cells, resulting in glowing, radiant skin.

Ingredients:

1 pomegranate

Method:

Deseed one pomegranate and save the seeds in a bowl. Leave it in the freezer for some time. Throw it into a blender and blend away! Strain the juice out of the pulp and pour it into a glass.

Ingredients:

1 tomato

¼ beetroot

A bunch of coriander

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method:

Peel the beetroot and chop it finely. Dice the tomatoes and coriander into small pieces. Throw these ingredients into a blender, along with the soaked chia seeds and blend away. You can add a little bit of salt and pepper to enhance the flavour of the juice.

#6 – Green Juice

Ingredients:

¼ cucumber

2 celery sticks

2 apples

½ inch of ginger

A bunch of parsley

½ lemon

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a juicer till it forms a smooth liquid. You can add more water if you’d like to thin out the consistency. Pour into a glass over some ice, and your green juice is all set!
