THE JUICE BAR MENU
#1 – Orange Papaya Juice
Why – Think applying vitamin C on your skin brightens it instantly, then you’ve got no idea what drinking it’ll do! Orange juice contains a whole lot of antioxidants that help fight free radicals –– one of the biggest reasons behind dull skin. As for papaya, it’s rich in anti-inflammatory properties that help heal your skin. When ingested the enzymes aid in digestion, which helps keep skin clear and glowing.
1 cup papaya (diced)
A bunch of mint leaves
1 tablespoon honey
Peel the orange and remove any seeds. In a juicer add the orange wedges, papaya cubes, honey, and mint leaves and blend away. Pour the juice into a glass and add some ice if needed.
#2 – Carrot Beetroot Juice
Why – Beetroot is your skin’s BFF! It is loaded with nutrients such as zinc, potassium, and vitamin C, the main superheroes that help purify your blood. Clean blood equals glowing skin –– so bye bye dullness. Carrots are high in vitamin A, which helps with a whole lot of skincare woes, including acne, pigmentation, and uneven skintone.
½ beetroot (peeled and chopped)
4 carrots (peeled and chopped)
¼ inch ginger
¾ cup water
Juice from ½ lemon
Wash the carrot and beetroot. Peel the skin off and chop them into tiny pieces. Add them into a blender or juicer and squeeze the lemon or lime juice. Add the ginger piece and water and blend away! Pour the thick paste into a strainer and separate the juice from the pulp. Pour the liquid into a glass and drink away.

Why – It’s the mother of all fruits for blood purification! Pomegranates have anti-ageing properties that aid in the regeneration of cells, resulting in glowing, radiant skin.

Rich in iron, vitamins K, C, and E, spinach protects your skin from free radicals that tend to dull it down. Apples have antioxidant properties that help prevent your skin from getting damaged. They also aid in boosting collagen and elastin –– two important elements that keep your skin youthful and radiant.
